What is a middleman?

Trading with a stranger online is risky — someone always has to go first, and that's where people get scammed. A middleman fixes that.

A middleman (MM for short) is a trusted person who sits in the middle of your trade. Instead of you and the other person sending stuff directly to each other and hoping nobody runs, you both send your side to the middleman first. Once the MM has both halves, they hand each person exactly what they were promised.

That means even if the other trader is sketchy, they can't scam you — they never touch your item until the MM has confirmed everything. Our middlemen are verified members of the Sniper Duels Discord and they never charge you a thing.

How to get a free middleman

The whole thing happens in a Discord ticket. It usually takes a few minutes once an MM is on.

    Open a middleman ticket

    Use the middleman channel to open a ticket. Drop both Roblox usernames and what each side is trading.

    A real MM picks it up

    A verified middleman claims the ticket. You can check their role and history — they are not random.

    Send your side to the MM

    The person trading the item sends it to the middleman first. The MM confirms they have it.

    Other side pays

    Once the MM holds the item, the other person pays their gems / items. The MM confirms that too.

    MM releases everything

    The middleman sends each side what they were owed. Clean trade, done, no L taken.

Fake middleman red flags

Scammers love to pretend they're a middleman. Watch for these — if you see one, stop and report it.

  • "Trust me, send first" — nobody legit ever needs you to send first without a middleman.
  • A "middleman" who DMs you out of nowhere offering to help. Real MMs work inside the Discord, in tickets.
  • Anyone charging a fee to middleman. Ours are 100% free.
  • Fake MM accounts copying a real MM's name and pic. Always check the role inside the server.
  • Being rushed. "Quick quick before I leave" is a classic pressure scam — slow down.
